The meaning of the logo
Having reached an important milestone in the development of the company, now that we have been in business for over 10 years, we felt it was time to redesign our logo to better reflect our core values, vision and mission.
As an innovative luxury market leader, we are rebranding from Luxury Travel to Lux Travel. As part of the Lux Group, we are not changing, we are the same company with the same values and commitment and we continue to set the highest standard of luxury for our clients.
The shape of the heart icon reflects the core values of excellent service by which we judge our performance in everything we do: Attitude, Art of Service and Efficient Processes. Our own people have the knowledge, skills and positive attitude in their hearts to provide excellent service to the most sophisticated travelers.
Our sincere service is from our heart, touching your heart. With all our senses – Smell, Sight, Taste, Touch, Sound – we can reach out to the wonders of the world, try new things and ask questions to enrich our travel experiences.
We retain the heritage of our former logo – bold, trustful, strong and reliable. The “Travel” font is smooth, reflecting the flexibility in the services provided by the company. The Lux team is highly competent with in-depth knowledge, an excellent skill base and the right attitude which sets high luxury standards for their Lux Services, ensuring clients’ expectations are met at all times.
Service in the luxury world is based on three complimentary dimensions: the Professional Dimension, the Human Dimension and the Aesthetic Dimension. To ensure Service Excellence, luxers need to respect the fine balance of these three Dimensions, through every aspect of his or her attitude or behavior, art of servicing and efficient processes.
The logo heart shape is solid, simple, elegant, luxurious, easy to understand and eye catching. The logo has two dominant colors.
The logo is also perfect in black and white, big or small, close up or from a distance. The logo can be used in different colors for promotional materials, business cards, letterheads, and website.
The logo is versatile and can be used on different backgrounds to represent the various characteristics of the Southeast Asian countries.
